BODY CARE PRODUCTS
Black Drawing Salve (2 oz. jar for $14)
Lip Balm (.15 oz. tube for $4)
Lotion Bar (2 oz. for $10)
Relief Salve (2 oz. jar for $14)
Soothing Salve (2 oz. jar for $14)
Radiant Balm (2 oz. jar for $18)
Virus Salve (2 oz. jar for $16)
All the ingredients that I use are organic, and some of the herbs I grow, harvest and dry myself.
BLACK DRAWING SALVE—2 oz. glass jar
I originally made the Black Drawing Salve when one of our customers was bit by a brown recluse spider—and they needed something to help draw the toxins out. The charcoal and the bentonite clay can help to draw poisons out of wounds, boils, or bites. They even help to draw out splinters that you just cannot seem to get out with the tweezers. This salve is made from: Olive Oil infused with: Plantain, Echinacea and Myrrh; blended with Bentonite Clay, Goldenseal, Activated Charcoal Powder and beeswax
LIP BALM—.15 oz. tube
Lip balms are pretty self-explanatory—they help prevent chapped lips or help you recover your already chapped lips. I use olive oil, cocoa butter, beeswax, and essential oil of lemon.
LOTION BAR—4 oz. decorative bar in a round tin
The lotion bar, which has been a blessing for it helps to prevent cracked heals---from living barefoot and cracked hands from working in the dirt. Lotion Bars are less messy than standard lotion and are made with the highest quality of skin-nourishing natural ingredients (beeswax, olive oil, and coconut oil). The lotion bars come complete with a handy storage container. The warmth of your hands help to melt the lotion onto your hands or body. Some of the reported uses are: Dry or cracked hands & feet, Psoriasis & eczema, Minor skin irritations, After shaving, Stretch mark prevention when pregnant. The beeswax in the lotion bar helps create a moisture barrier which helps protect your skin, ideal for frequent hand-washers.
RADIANT BALM—2 oz. glass jar
Years ago one of our customers had cancer and was getting radiation treatments she used our Soothing Salve and some other herbal ointments and the doctors were amazed at how well her skin dealt with the radiation. Years later a friend of ours had cancer on his neck and had to have radiation. I gathered all the ingredients in the Soothing Salve and the ingredients that were in the other ointments and made a salve. I have also found it to be helpful for regular burns and sunburns as well. This salve is made from: Olive Oil infused with: Calendula, Plantain, and Comfrey; blended with Aloe Vera Juice, Manuka Honey, Vitamin E Oil from sunflowers, and Beeswax.
RELIEF SALVE—2 oz. glass jar
When one of our workers had to have knee surgery and he couldn’t handle the pain drugs I offered to make a salve that he could put on his knees to help alleviate the pain. It helped! Others have found it helpful for aching muscles, and skin irritations. I did learn the hard way that it is not good for open wounds—I think that the ginger in it causes it to burn. It is made from: Olive Oil infused with: Calendula, Cloves, Echinacea, Ginger, Lobelia, Self-Heal, Plantain, St. John's Wort, Yarrow, Mullein Flowers, Comfrey, and Rosemary; blended with beeswax and Myrrh.
SOOTHING SALVE—2 oz. glass jar
The soothing salve is very handy for applying to cleaned wounds, rashes, sores, boils, insect bites and burns. It works real well when those friendly fire ants want to get an up-close taste of you. It takes the sting right out. It may be helpful with: Eczema, Psoriasis, and Diaper Rash. The ingredients in this salve work together as an astringent, which draws out; and as an antiseptic, which kills bacteria. The ingredients are: Olive Oil infused with: Plantain, Chickweed, and Comfrey; blended with beeswax and Vitamin E Oil from sunflowers.
VIRUS SALVE—2 oz. glass jar
When I had warts show up on my wrist many years ago I looked through my herb books for something to remove warts—and I found a tea with this list of strange ingredients and I thought “I don’t think that I want to drink that, but I bet I could make a salve out of it”. That is just what I did, and it did help. Years later I found out that the salve also helps relieve the pain of shingles as my Grandma’s Aunt came to visit and she had shingles and had tried every cream that she could, but was getting no relief and was losing sleep. I gave her a jar of Virus Salve and she slept real good that night and was pain free. The salve is made from: Olive Oil infused with echinacea root, ginger root, osha root, boneset leaf, chaparral leaf, St. John's-wort leaf and flower, usnea lichen; blended with beeswax, Vitamin E Oil from sunflowers and Myrrh.
