Edward Skinner Jones owns 200 1st Street. Christopher Goodin - Coastland Development Group, LLC, formed an LLC with Edward Skinner Jones. Christopher Goodin and Councilor Josh Messinger are partners and joint owners of property purchased from Edward Skinner Jones. Councilor Messinger is also responsible for the pickleball complex as a result of negotiations with a single resident. Councilor Messinger occupies Seat 4 until Dec. 5, 2022. Vote carefully in the fall election!
