There are currently a total of (40) lots that are 80’ wide or larger. Of these, (33) lots are located east of 3rd Street, while (7) lots are located west of 3rd Street. Please be advised that there are a few lots that are larger than 80’ wide that are ocean front lots and may not be able to be subdivided based on building restrictions from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
Additionally, the vast majority of these lots are currently developed or contain a use that is rarely redeveloped, such as a church. Any future subdivision would be held to a number of other standards that may or may not work in favor of a split (i.e. correct street frontage, accessibility, and other considerations). These numbers are based on a comprehensive review of the city and not a detailed review.
