The 5000' Neptune Beach Senior Center comprised of two portable buildings put together, a 1350' deck, a 950' side porch was originally estimated to cost Neptune Beach citizens $350,00-400,000 has now seen major increases in cost to build. The new estimated cost to complete this entire NB Senior Center is $623, 535.68
The porches alone will cost Neptune Beach residents $283,750.
