Neptune Beach residents are concerned a group is trying to privatize a public part and discriminate by controlling who can play on the public courts and when. This group is also judging players by their ability to schedule and reserve courts. There is strong pushback from Neptune Beach constituents who paid for these courts and are demanding answers.
