Hey Chuck, if you drive over to sin city, (Century 21 and Atlantic) they are replacing old nasty ghetto homes and trailers with these highly affordable brand new homes. Looks great!! The beaches have a density problem, too many people in too small of a place, so these places might not be the way to go. With over 30,000 new homes from Nocatee to all the new developments on JTB, Hodges, etc, etc, when everyone gets settled, they will all wake up and drive to the beach! There will be a rule imposed, towel space only. No blanket rule. LOL!
